Step 2: The Onboarding Session (a.k.a. Meet & Greet)

Once we know we’re a great match, we’ll set up an onboarding session, more commonly known as a meet and greet. In the meantime, you’ll gain access to your client portal.

This portal is where everything happens, all in one easy spot: communicating with your walkers, scheduling services, making payments, and viewing detailed visit reports. Clients often tell us how simple (and even fun) it is to set up their account and get started. Many say it’s one of their favorite parts of working with us because it keeps everything organized and stress-free.

Step 3: Meet Your Team

At your onboarding session, one of our friendly leadership team members (alongside a professional dog walker) will come by to meet you and your pup. But we don’t stop at a simple “hello.”

We take time to listen, learn about your dog’s needs and routines, review how our services work, and answer all of your questions. The goal is for you to feel crystal clear, confident, and excited about getting started with our trusted dog walking team.

Step 4: Enjoy Consistent Care

From there, you’re all set! If you’d like recurring visits, we’ll get those scheduled. Or, if you prefer, you can book services as needed with just a click.
